R3: Recap of editions 11 - 15
firstschool.substack.com

Hello all,

It’s time for another recap. We’ve completed 15 editions on this newsletter so far, so it’s only fair that we slow down and process what we’ve read thus far.

Below is a quick summary of the last 5 editions of this newsletter.

This time I decided to organize them a bit differently, so that you may find it easier to pick the one that resonates with you:

For the seeker of variety

The edition named “Bite-sized but power-packed” is what appealed to many of the subscribers. It is a buffet of interesting information. Moreover, it is so easy to consume because each dish on the buffet is bite-sized (and fulfilling)!

For the detail-oriented

A two-part read on positive stress and what it looks like in real life! Positive stress can be highly beneficial for children and hence I would highly recommend this for all of you who think “all stress is bad & harmful”.

For the curious

This witty tweet got me laughing and thinking at the same time! Children are simply too smart and observant, don’t you agree?

For those who need inspiration

Dr APJ Abdul Kalam inspires me. If you read about this incident from his life, he will inspire you too. Along the way, you could also pick up 3 simple strategies to develop a growth mindset.

It is no joke to roll out 15 editions of a newsletter, but I would’ve never reached this milestone without your support and engagement! If you have enjoyed this newsletter, please do share it with your friends and loved ones!
